USA Football is a non-profit organization leading the development and growth of youth, high school and international football. USA Football provides resources to youth and high school football organizations across the country to keep the sport fun, safe and accessible. USA Football was founded by the NFL and NFL Players Association in 2002 and offers programs focused on coaching, league enhancement, officiating and health & safety.

USA Football enables eligible youth football organizations and school-sponsored programs to apply for the following grants:

  • Youth Football Equipment Grant (retail value about $1,000)
  • High School Equipment Grant (retail value about $1,500)

You can complete the application online or download a PDF, print it out, and mail it to USA Football.

Mailing Instructions:

The USA Football Grant Program application must follow the attached format and include all specified information in the designated order. Incomplete applications will be returned and will not be eligible for consideration.

Grant applications must be submitted online or postmarked by September 30th, 2008 Applications received by fax will not be eligible.
