Welcome to the 2009 IFAF Junior World Championship photo gallery.
Many of the nations who will be competing in Canton, Ohio in the summer of 2009 have competed on the international stage for many years.
The JWC photo gallery includes action from the 2008 European Junior Championship, international qualifying games for the JWC, the GE Global Challenge Bowl in Japan, the NFL Global Junior Championship from 1997 to 2007 and several other events.

United States vs. Canada - Gold Medal Game
The United States faced its stiffest competition on Sunday, but still cruised to a 41-3 victory against Canada to win the Gold Medal.
Japan vs. Mexico - Bronze Medal Game
Japan wins the Bronze Medal as quarterback Yuichiro Araki throws for 354 yards and five touchdowns.
Sweden vs. Germany - Fifth Place Playoff
Germany repeats its 2008 European Junior Championship win against Sweden with a 14-0 victory to claim fifth place in Canton.
New Zealand vs. France - Seventh Place Playoff
France pulled everything together in its final game of the Junior World Championship to defeat New Zealand 34-6.

Team Mexico
Team Mexico qualified for the 2009 IFAF Junior World Championship after a 28-point shutout of Panama to claim the final Pan-American spot.
Team Bahamas vs. Team Panama - January 24, 2009
With a dominating 52-6 win against the Bahamas, Panama earned the right to face Mexico for the final Junior World Championship berth.
Team New Zealand vs. Team Australia - January 24, 2009
New Zealand qualified for the inaugural Junior World Championship with a 12-7 victory against Australia.
Team Japan
Japan will fly the flag for Asia as the continent's representative at the 2009 IFAF Junior World Championship.
Team France
France arrives at the 2009 IFAF Junior World Championship having qualified as the third-placed team at the 2008 European Junior Championship.
Team Germany
With a 9-6 victory against Sweden, Germany won the European Junior Championship - and the right to play in Canton.
Team Panama
Panama was hoping to qualify for the Junior World Championship, but came up short in a loss to Mexico in the final Pan-American qualifying game.
Team Sweden
Sweden finished second in the European Junior Championship to earn a spot in Canton, Ohio, in the summer of 2009.
