When you submit information to us (or to any other web site) over the internet, the information may travel over many systems and networks that are not under the control of USA Football. Further, anything you voluntarily provide in any public area of the internet, including on USA Football's web site, will be publicly available to others on that website and potentially to other third parties, and you should always use caution when deciding to publicly disclose any of your personal information.

1. Policy. The USA Football, Inc. ("USA Football") Privacy Policy covers USA Football's treatment of personal or personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that may be collected when you are on the USA Football web site and when you use USA Football's services. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that USA Football does not own or control, or to individuals that are not under USA Football's supervisory control.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Information. USA Football may collect Personal Information when you use certain services on the USA Football web site or when you visit cookie-enabled web pages. USA Football may also log your IP address when you use the USA Football web site. USA Football uses this Personal Information to fulfill requests for our services or products, to contact users regarding changes to our site or our business, and to customize the content that you might see on the USA Football web site. USA Football may also use "cookie" files to better serve your needs by creating a customized web site which fits your needs. Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of USA Football members on behalf of others. When we do this, we do not disclose or share your name and address to them. If you contact them, they will, of course, be provided with the information that you share. They have separate privacy and data collection policies independent of those of USA Football.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information; Requests for Notifications or Emails. USA Football will not sell or rent your Personal Information to any individual, business, or government entity. USA Football will share your Personal Information with other entities should you request USA Football to share such information. We will consider that we have your consent to do so if it is (i) required to complete a transaction or perform a service on your behalf or that you have requested, (ii) as part of the terms and conditions for a particular service, or (iii) it is being shared to facilitate programs and initiatives that are offered by USA Football jointly with affiliates or others, e.g., the Youth Football Fund or to enhance our ability to serve you better including in the event sharing information will allow your access to affiliates and affiliated programs regarding our stated mission including those programs for youth football and athletics. Likewise, USA Football will share your Personal Information with other entities should you request USA Football to share such information. USA Football will also share your Personal Information with other entities if USA Football is required to (a) respond to court orders, subpoenas or other legal process, (b) comply with the law or legal process; (c) protect or defend the rights or property of USA Football or others; (c) enforce the Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy; or (d) respond to the claims that the contents of any communications violate the rights of others. When you visit our web site, you can request to receive notifications by email notifying you of events and other promotions with their relevant details. Our Opt-In-Opt-Out Policy provides information regarding your control of receipt of such notifications and other communications from us. In requesting those notifications and communications and ensuring that we provide you with information that you consider relevant, we require you to provide Personal Information (including your name and email address) as well as information on the offerings that interest you so that we can respond to your inquiries.

USA Football may, from time to time, share information only in the aggregate form with others. This information would not contain any Personal Information. It would typically be of a demographic nature. Some examples are as follows: (1) How many users reside in any zip code; or (2) how many users reside within any area code.

4. User Accounts. USA Football allows users to set up personal accounts to shop in our on-line store or to participate in our on-line communities, such as our message boards. You have the ability to edit your User Information at any time, and may delete your account at your convenience.

5. Links to Third Party Websites. This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that even if these third-party websites are listed as affiliated or as those with whom we have a "partner" relationship, USA Football has no control over these linked web sites. These web sites each have their separate privacy and data collection policies independent of USA Football. Information collected by these affiliated and "partner" websites is not received, stored or used in any way by USA Football. As such, USA Football is not responsible or liable for the privacy practices or actions of any such other sites. These links are only provided for your convenience and you therefore access them at your own risk. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every site that collects Personal Information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by USA Football.

6. The Nature of Public Messages. Whenever you write a public message or provide information to our web site’s indexes and directories, you are making that information available to the general public. Anyone in this world, with internet access can likely view the information you have provided. We will not make every reasonable effort to preview, edit or modify any of this information. For these reasons, please use discretion when providing information in the indexes and directories on the web site and only provide personal information that you feel very comfortable about letting others obtain. You must also be aware that disclosing personal contact information may make it more likely that you receive unsolicited communications from other parties that may either be affiliated or unaffiliated with USA Football.

7. Encryption. All user account pages are protected with Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") encryption. All user accounts must be accessed with usernames and passwords. You are advised not to share your username and password with any other person.

8. Amendments. USA Football reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. USA Football will contact registered users by e-mail when material changes to the terms of this policy are made, and regardless shall also post a notice of changes on its web site, whenever the terms of this policy are amended.

Information Statement Required Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code:

USA Football and its subsidiaries and affiliates maintain a common database of customer information. The end result of maintaining such a database is that customer information obtained by one subsidiary or affiliate may be shared with the other companies in the family of companies related to USA Football as disclosed in by our privacy policy as found at www.USAFootball.com or to third parties.

California law requires that businesses provide to requesting customers who are California residents, no more than once per calendar year, the following information:

The names and addresses of all of the third parties that received personal information from the business for the third parties' direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year.

The type of personal information disclosed by the business to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes (with certain exceptions).

"Third party" is defined to include related companies if the companies are separate legal entities.

As a general rule, USA Football does not share personal customer information with unrelated third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes.
