To work to increase the clarity of our Terms (and ensure that our explanations within them are enhanced), we have made some changes in the text. We do not believe that these effect a change in our Terms in any manner from any version stated prior to April 2008.

The following language was added to the "Acceptance of Terms of Use" section:

Any User may choose to also become a Member by League Administrator, Club or Team, Coach or Officiating memberships.

Without including any full sentences, a clarification was made to the "Registration" section so that you would be aware that registered Users also include Members and which was meant to clarify that the Privacy Policy contained details regarding our privacy practices and commitments. We also eliminated our summary of the Privacy Policy because it was not fully describing the policy to you in a manner we felt to be fully comprehensive. Additionally, the following language was removed from the Registration section as it was not clearly communicating to Members with regard to the fees that were associated with their Memberships and the lack of fees with regard to most services at the site for any general User:

You will be charged a monthly service fee and applicable taxes and other fees.

We have included the following language to replace this deletion:

Many services at the site are available without any fees. You will be charged for services according to the descriptions provided to you and, if necessary, for applicable taxes and other fees; some services may be charged pursuant to an annual or a monthly service fee and others may involve other different periodic charges for services (in the absence of another specific description by USA Football, most Memberships (including League Administrator, Club or Team, Coach or Officiating Memberships) will be charged as a one-time fee).

The following language was added to the "Miscellaneous" section as it more appropriately clarified the description with regard to those other terms that might apply if you arranged with advertisers to receive services or exercised certain offers made otherwise to you, including those available by virtue of being a Member or otherwise:

You may agree to other terms and conditions by virtue of offers made to you by virtue of your Membership, by communicating with advertisers or by access to certain services offered in and through the site.
