REGISTRATION For Football and Cheerleading Has Begun!
We will be at Bellevue Middle School Football Field every Saturday in June and July ( except on the 4th of July ) taking registration forms from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the upcoming season. You can also register during our Football and Cheer Camp on July 13th, 14th, 16th and 17th, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The time is near, so come on out and get signed up for a season guaranteed to be an exciting one!
Registration is as easy as Down, Set, Hut!
You can download the registration forms from our web site or T.Y.F.A's web site. For football and cheerleading you need the player registration form 2009, the player code of conduct form as well as the parent code of conduct form. Print them out, and fill them out and that's it.
You must also present a COPY of your child's birth certificate with the registration forms, if your child has been a part of our program before, we will have a copy of his/her birth certificate on file. If your child has not been a part of the program we will need a copy of it before he/she will be able to participate in any scrimmages or games, they can start practice without it being on file for about a week or so, or until our books have to be turned in to T.Y.F.A. The cost for Football is $135 and Cheerleading is $150.
